Our products are crafted on the same day of delivery. All essential information regarding the order must be provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. This information can be sent by you via WhatsApp, using the phone number provided on this website. All payments must be made exclusively through the Zelle app; details about our account will be provided to you via private message.
Delivery hours for floral arrangements, flowers, and fruits are from 9 AM to 8 PM, while breakfast items are delivered at a different time between 9 AM and 1 PM. If you wish to pick up your order at our address, please note that in our extensive product list, there are several large decorations that require transportation in a suitable vehicle. In the event of any damage during transport, we will not be held responsible for such accidents.
Please be aware that the arrangements we create at Fruty Balloons contain helium balloons made of latex, which have an approximate lifespan of 8 to 16 hours after assembly. Do not leave these balloons in the car, as they may burst due to heat.
We showcase our work on our social media, so photos of customers with our decorations may be used on our website. If you do not agree to appear in our photos, please notify us beforehand, and we will refrain from publishing that material.
If, for significant reasons, you need to postpone the delivery, we can check for a new date based on our availability. If you need to cancel the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. We are not responsible for damages or losses if you do not comply with these terms and conditions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a wonderful moment with our creations.
